I Am What I Eat

Health- Food Tracking Part 2: Graphing My Food
Due December 2nd
Students are asked to graph the food and drink they recorded on the sheet "I Yam What I Yam" (see below).  They have one graph to complete for each of the four food groups.  These graphs are due next week, Wednesday, December 2. 

Here is a sample graph to follow.  Ensure that each graph is labeled neatly and appropriately. 










Health- Food Tracking Due November 25th. 

Students were asked to record all of the food and drink they consume in any three days in the upcoming week.





What do you eat and drink each day?  Do you think you eat mostly healthy foods?  Let’s find out!


Record all the food and drinks you consume for three days.  


Write down everything!  Also record if you consumed a small, medium, or large serving of that food or drink.
